Registration Our first-come, first-served registration begins in mid-November, for the following school year. Prior to this date, applications are welcome and will be held in order of receipt until registration begins. At that point, children will be placed in our available classes. A non-refundable, non-deductible registration fee is required. Payment Schedule for all 2’s through Pre-K Classes A $75 non-deductible, non-refundable fee is due with each registration. For your convenience, we accept tuition payments in yearly (due 6/20), twice yearly (due 6/20 & 11/20) or quarterly amounts (due 6/20, 9/20, 11/20 & 2/20). A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due for all students on April 20th. This payment will be deducted from the final tuition bill. Payment Schedule for Mom & Tots and Enrichment A $60 registration fee for Moms & Tots is applicable towards tuition. Moms and Tots is paid by semester. 2 semesters/yr. The enrichment programs are paid by semester. 2 semesters/year. No refunds for withdrawals or absences from these programs. Payment for Express Lunch, Lunch Bunch, and Extended Day Pay as you go by voucher only. Payment vouchers may be purchased in advance in the school office in $5 increments. Tuition ’06 -'07 Tuition covers all materials, book bags, snacks, field trips and special programs. The enrollment contract is for the entire school year. Each family is responsible for the full year’s tuition. Deductions or refunds shall not be made in the event of a withdrawal, dismissal or absence, unless space can be filled by another student in that class. Waitlist Policy All registrations are dated as they are received. Class choices should be indicated and mutually agreed upon by you and the Director. If an opening occurs, your child will be enrolled in that class, and you will be notified by phone or mail. At times; that notification may be as late as mid-July. If an opening occurs in your class choice, and you choose not to enroll, your registration fee is forfeited. If no opening occurs, your registration fee will be refunded in mid October. Forfeiture of the registration fee will occur if you withdraw your child’s name from the wait-list, or the class. Financial Aid Our goal is to have every family who wants a preschool experience for their child to be able to attend Trinity Preschool. Need-based financial aid is available with Board approval. Please contact the Director. All information is kept strictly confidential. Late Fees All payments are expected on or before posted due dates. A $25 late fee will be added after a week’s grace period. Special arrangements may be made with the Director. There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.
