Silent Auction
On March 17, 2012, Trinity Preschool will be hosting the Annual Silent Auction at the Hilltop House. Last year's Auction was a great success. We were able to exceed our fundraising goal and purchase everything on our wish list. But most impressive, we had a record number of Trinity families and friends attending...over 175 people! This year's theme is St. Patrick's Day. What better night to look for a little luck than Saint Patrick’s Day?
We hope you will join us at this year’s auction. It is traditionally our biggest fundraiser of the year, and the proceeds have done great things for Trinity Preschool students and families. Last year, with the money raised, we were able to buy two new computers and some very cool outdoor musical instruments for the playground. A portion of the money was also given to Family Helping Families, which helps local families in need. We need your help to keep this important fundraiser a success!
Invitations have been distributed - please RSVP by February 27th and your name will be put into a raffle to win a KidKraft dollhouse! If you did not get an invitation, please see Mary in the office. Not only is this a fun night, it is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The money from the auction buys the students computers for the classrooms, playground equipment, new curriculum materials, and more!
There will be a raffle for a beautiful, classic diamond necklace (.33 ct diamond pendant; 14kt white gold chain; 16” long; Bezel setting; Diamond g-h in color; SI clarity). Raffle tickets are $20/each or 3 for $50; there will be a limited number of tickets sold. For those who can’t attend the auction (or just want to guarantee that they get a ticket), raffle tickets will be for sale the week before the auction in the Trinity Office.
If you would like to help make this another successful year for Trinity Preschool, staff and students, please consider making a donation! Nothing is too small. We can always combine items and make a gift basket.

Thanks to very generous contributions, Trinity Preschool's Silent Auction is always a huge success. Trinity Preschool is a non-profit, provate preschool, serving the community for over 40 years. Proceeds from the Silent Auction go towards supporting our Families Helping Families program, which provides assistance to local families in need. Proceeds also go towards improving the preschool's facilities and equipment, directly benefiting the students of Trinity Preschool.
